On the froyo front: we've got Frozen Yogurt Coming Soon in the Fuhgidabowdit pizzeria location while across the street we've got Nova Self Serve Frozen Yogurt opening "spring". It is no longer "soon" and "spring 2011" is basically gone.

Meanwhile, in smoothy land: Jamba Juice University of Denver Closing while around the corner Ben and Jerry's University of Denver: Now with smoothies.

The area where Fuhgidabowdit, Nova and Jamba Juice are located seems to be really high turnover. I wonder what, if anything, might bring stability to the area. Or maybe the fickle desires of college students don't support businesses like this well enough?
