The Bliss Organic Ice Cream label is available at Whole Foods, King Soopers, Lucky's Market, Bookworm locations in Colorado.

Their website has details on the founding and re-founding of the company:

Bilss Organic Ice Cream was created in 2004 and dissolved in 2009. After discovering that my favorite ice cream would not be sold anymore, I [Nancy Blanchard] decided to relaunch the brand.

They hit the Denver Biz Journal today because of a sale to a chef who works for the company, Carey Fusick.

A blog post by Nancy Blanchard from September 2010 talks about some of the pains of owning a small business in America. Perhaps they got to be too much?
