Ice Cream Denver

Penguins ice cream is in Loveland Colorado.

That is far north from Denver. But ice cream is worth the trip sometimes. Especially if combined with a tour of some breweries.

Anna Lindsey of Linhart PR posted in their blog about mixing recruiting/knowledge sharing and ice cream. The event, called "Inside Scoop", happens from 4 to 5pm each month at the Linhart PR office in downtown Denver.

Locally owned ice cream shop Liks, known as a neighborhood favorite in Capital Hill also has a location in South Denver. Formerly a Baskin Robbins, Liks is located in a strip mall off Arapahoe near Holly. It's conveniently located across the street from a Kaiser Permanente office - if you need to soothe your child's soul after a shot, perhaps some ice cream would work?

The inside has more character than you would expect from a strip mall, with a chalkboard-esque menu wall and bright, clean colors.
